Welcome to our website. We have two houses for rent in La Penita de Jaltemba about an hour north of Puerto
Vallarta. They are located in town 2 blocks from downtown and about 5 blocks from the beach. You will be
staying in a non-touristy neighborhood as if you were living in Mexico. So if you are looking for the non traditional
experience, this could be it. Check the calendars under "Rates and Availability". Email us for additional

About the houses:
- Two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms.
- Two fixed couches that can be used for sleeping
- Off street secure parking.
- Large green space with fruit trees and bbq.
- Non-smoking. No Pets.
- Front house good as new, back house is new.
- 5 Blocks from the beach.
- 2 blocks from downtown La Penita.
- Daily maid service available. No one on vacation should be washing dishes!
- The usual kitchen, bedroom staples.
